I&#039;ve really felt the difference between calling in to a conference and most of the group is in the room, vs. being in the room. I don&#039;t feel as confident in the communication process when I can&#039;t see the dynamics of the room.

The other tradeoff is the social scene in general. The bonding of a team can do so much for team work.</description>
